Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose one entity, a warehouse, a supplier, a dealer and a product with its base and selling units. Enter current terms and prices. Rehearse a purchase arrival, a reviewed dealer order, a partial delivery and the related invoice and cash receipt.
Review before release
Check the source record and decision at each handoff. Have the approver reject a changed revision, test a partial or repeated event, and reconcile the remaining stock and financial balances. Record the people responsible for exceptions before adding more accounts and locations.
