Regional dealer networks
A seller serving several dealers can keep account terms, accepted order lines and delivery promises with the same legal entity. Sales Representative follows each offer through acceptance; Sales Manager decides whether the order can proceed. Warehouse Manager plans routes and the operator records actual stop outcomes.
How Dairy ERP is set up for you
Commercial scope
Preserve each dealer’s terms, current approval, accepted quantity and original promise.
Physical scope
Reserve by order line and record route stops separately from actual attempts.
Financial scope
Invoice only eligible title-transferred scope and follow outstanding balances by dealer.
A seller serving several dealers can keep account terms, accepted order lines and delivery promises with the same legal entity. Sales Representative follows each offer through acceptance; Sales Manager decides whether the order can proceed. Warehouse Manager plans routes and the operator records actual stop outcomes.
Choose two dealer accounts with different terms and one shared warehouse. Record a quote and accepted order for each. Sales Manager reviews the current order revisions, including any credit issue with Finance Manager. Reserve eligible stock for each order so the same units cannot be promised twice. Plan route stops, then record a partial acceptance at one stop and a refusal at another. Sales Representative can inspect what remains to fulfill without replacing the original promise. Accountant bills transferred title only and traces the receivable back to its order. Rehearse a second visit before adding more dealers or routes.
Agree who may change a dealer’s terms and who will record a new promise when a route cannot finish a stop. The route schedule shows plans; the delivery attempt shows what happened. At the next review, compare open order lines with the actual results before promising the same warehouse quantity to another dealer.
