Connections

• Bank statements. Configure an import of actual statement lines to reconcile customer receipts, supplier payments and returns.
• Payment instructions. Configure delivery of controlled payment instructions and retain provider acknowledgement and later settlement evidence.
• Carrier evidence. Configure receipt of actual delivery attempts and results into the related route stop and shipment line when an external carrier performs the visit.
• Exchange rates. Configure dated approved rate evidence for documents, settlement and close.

Choose an owner for each destination and source of evidence. Preserve operation keys, provider references and payload hashes so a timeout can be reconciled before retry. A prepared delivery or submitted instruction does not prove execution. Test rejection, uncertainty and replay against a representative document.
