How the model is organised

Commercial demand

Contacts, Quotes, sales orders and their lines retain dealer, price and quantity lineage.

Supply

Suppliers, purchase orders and goods receipts separate commitments from physical arrival and acceptance.

Stock and work

Inventory, Reservations, stock transfers and work orders track custody, claims and kit output.

Delivery

Delivery routes and route stops plan work; Deliveries and delivery results record actual outcome.

Finance

Customer invoices, cash receipts, payment runs, journal entries and accounting periods preserve entity balances and decisions.
