How do I get started?

Click Get started, then use Proto to configure ERP for Defense for your business. Start with one entity, dealer, supplier, product group and warehouse, then rehearse an order through receipt, delivery and settlement.

Who approves a dealer order?

Sales Manager reviews the submitted order and credit exposure before the accepted scope proceeds.

Can we record a partial supplier receipt?

Yes. Record the actual arrival and the accepted, rejected and pending line quantities separately.

How is available stock calculated?

Inventory holds on-hand, reserved and available quantities by product, warehouse, location, lot and custody.

Can a route cover multiple stops?

Yes. Delivery routes links to ordered route stops; attempts and line results record what happened at each stop.

What happens when a dealer accepts only part of a delivery?

Record accepted and unresolved line quantities in the delivery result, then assign the remainder for review.

How are kits prepared?

Work orders use an effective bill of materials, planned quantity and source warehouse. Release precedes material issue and completion.

How are customer receipts applied?

Cash receipts record actual money. Cash applications allocate bounded available cash to the relevant invoices.

How are returns controlled?

Authorize the request against original unreturned scope, record actual physical movement and review any financial correction separately.

What closes an accounting period?

Accountant reconciles close tasks for the entity cutoff and Finance Manager reviews the period decision.
