Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose a dealer, supplier, product, warehouse and open period. Bring the current price and terms, opening stock and one representative order. Rehearse purchase receipt, stock reservation, delivery and customer invoice against the same source records.
Review before release
Have Sales Manager check order acceptance, Warehouse Manager check stock and route release, and Finance Manager check invoice and settlement authority. Include a partial receipt or delivery so the team can find unresolved work before expanding.
