Process steps
Follow the process from start to finish. Select a step to see who acts and what changes.
Prepare the teaching allocation
Academic Coordinator assigns faculty to programs and periods, taking teaching load and room needs into account. Keep the draft separate from the published calendar.
Resolve conflicts and publish
Academic Coordinator checks overlapping faculty and room intervals, capacity and campus holidays. Approve publication only after conflicting sessions are resolved.
Record session attendance
Faculty opens assigned sessions and records attendance for the relevant enrollments. Missing entry and absence are different states that require different follow-up.
Review corrections
Registrar reviews disputed enrollment context while faculty provides the session evidence. Preserve the original value, correction reason and responsible person.

When the process needs attention
- exception A substitute is assigned to overlapping sessions.
- exception A canceled session appears as a class-wide absence.
- exception An attendance import ignores the effective withdrawal date.
Prepare a rehearsal
Publish a normal teaching week, then close a room and substitute a teacher. Verify that conflicts are detected and the revised timetable preserves earlier completed sessions. Correct one attendance entry with a recorded reason.
Check permissions and map the source records before importing open work.

Process reports
All reportsFaculty load
Compare assigned teaching hours with approved limits and published sessions.
Attendance exceptions
Distinguish missing entries, absence and corrections for assigned sessions.
Enrollment by program
Compare accepted applications and active enrollments by campus and academic period.
Agent support
Scope student access by campus, assigned teaching group and legitimate work responsibility. Registrar owns admission and enrollment decisions; Bursar owns fee-policy exceptions. Preserve dated correction history and prevent preparers from approving their own exceptions. Decisions use the configured person's permissions, evidence and review policy. Do not let generated recommendations replace the authorized business decision.
