Follow an accepted order through stock reservation, a partial delivery, an invoice and a receipt allocation. Include one exception so each team can see where its decision belongs.
Review before release
Compare the original commitment with the actual quantities and remaining balance. Check independent approval of the order and invoice, review source evidence for physical and bank events, and verify the named owner of unresolved work.
