Keys and references

Each document retains its own number and revision. Line records point to their parent document; decision records attach to frozen revisions. Stock and cash events use operation keys so repeated evidence does not become a second economic effect. Entity references keep legal ownership separate. Lot numbers and source line references let users follow partial quantities through receipt, transfer, shipment and return.

Migration order

  1. Load entities, currencies, users, warehouses and reviewed policies.
  2. Load dealers, suppliers, products, units, prices and approved cost basis.
  3. Reconcile opening stock by full identity and financial balances by entity.
  4. Load open commercial documents with their remaining eligible quantities.
  5. Test one purchase, order, delivery, invoice and receipt before release.
