Who it's for

Beverage manufacturers

For nonalcoholic beverage manufacturers, a finished order depends on available ingredients, the correct packaging and a released production lot. Food & Beverage ERP connects those requirements with batch execution and company finance. Teams can see which work is ready, which decisions are outstanding and what was actually supplied.

How Food & Beverage ERP is set up for you

Scale the approved formula

Prepare each batch from a controlled recipe revision and its reference output. Ingredients retain their own measurement units and reviewed conversions. A volume-to-weight conversion requires a supported measured basis; the system does not assume a density to make quantities fit.

Keep packing requirements visible

Plan bottles, closures, labels and other materials alongside production. Record the actual packaging revision and quantities consumed or lost. Fixed packs can use reviewed conversions, while packaging counts remain separate from the product’s volume or weight reconciliation.

Follow batches through the line

Distinguish staged ingredients, issued material, intermediate progress and accepted terminal output. Production and finance can investigate remaining work and variance without creating finished stock at every reported operation. Held output stays visible while quality review is outstanding.

Use the right stock

Apply reviewed expiry, best-before and opened-life policies to the appropriate lot population. Consider the customer’s required remaining life and agreed delivery date. An earlier-expiring lot is a useful proposal only when its quantity and current status make it suitable.

Keep evidence with the decision

Record the inspections and relevant process or storage observations your quality plan requires. Imported readings retain their source and timing. Connecting a device or laboratory requires implementation work; the website does not imply those connections are already installed.

Trace deliveries and responses

Follow inputs into production and downstream deliveries when investigating a quality issue. Record affected stock, authorized holds, disposition and recipient responses in a reviewed case. Keep unresolved exposure visible even when the financial return or credit has already been processed.
