Delivery

Pick tasks, Deliveries, delivery routes and delivery results separate planned work from actual handoffs.

Finance

Keys and references

Each business document has its own number, entity and source links. A line points back to the order or document it belongs to. Stock movements point to the event and position they changed; cash applications point to both the receipt and invoice. Review these links when importing opening balances and when reconciling partial transactions.

Migration order

  1. Establish Entities, Currencies, Users, Warehouses and the policy and account basis.
  2. Load Products, product units, Customers, Suppliers and reviewed commercial masters.
  3. Reconcile opening Inventory, receivables, payables and bank balances at one cutoff.
  4. Add open orders and transactions with original identities and remaining quantities.
  5. Validate source totals and obtain the reviewed migration decision before operating live.
