Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose one dealer, supplier, warehouse and a small active product range. Agree product units, price lists, payment terms, receiving locations and who independently approves the order and invoice. Bring forward opening stock and balances at a reconciled cutoff. Then enter a representative order and follow it through partial supply, dispatch and cash application.
Review before release
Ask Sales Manager, Warehouse Manager and Finance Manager to inspect the same case from their own screens. Compare accepted order quantity, stock event, delivered quantity and posted invoice. Test one rejected approval and an unresolved partial outcome. Continue with a wider product range only after the source records and balances agree.
