How do I get started?

Click Get started, then use Proto to configure ERP for Furniture for your business. Pilot one entity, warehouse, dealer and representative order through delivery and payment.

Who approves a dealer order?

Sales Manager reviews the submitted order and credit scope independently of the Sales Representative who prepared it.

Can we handle a partial supplier receipt?

Yes. Record arrived, accepted, rejected and pending quantities separately before accepted stock is positioned.

How is stock availability shown?

Inventory separates owned quantity, reserved quantity, available quantity and custody state by product, warehouse and location.

Can we assemble a furniture kit?

Use a versioned bill of materials, routing and bounded work order. Record actual output, material use and scrap before close.

How do delivery routes work?

Warehouse Manager releases a route with assigned operator, source warehouse, transport reference and ordered stops. Visit and line outcomes remain separate.

How are refused deliveries handled?

Record the attempt and refused line quantity, then follow the remaining order and any authorized return or correction.

When can an invoice be approved?

Finance Manager reviews the prepared invoice against eligible title-transferred scope, amount, tax basis, rate and open period.

Can a receipt pay more than an invoice balance?

Cash applications remain within available unapplied receipt amount and eligible invoice scope; any remaining cash stays visible.

How do we control access?

Assign configured roles and entity scope, then rehearse permitted and denied actions with real operating cases.
