Choose a property and bring a real booking change, room turnover and department supply example. Include kitchen preparation and the source financial activity for that day. A delayed update or unresolved payment helps establish how the team will handle exceptions.

The first implementation scope should identify the PMS authority, supported connections and operating work to enable.

Review the flow with front desk, housekeeping and the other department owners. Confirm what each person records, which decisions need independent review and which outcomes come from the PMS. Follow actual stock use and financial posting separately from the related booking or service request.

Expand after the first property scope has been reviewed by its owners and the operational and financial results reconcile. New properties and mappings should preserve the current source responsibilities and completed history.
