The first implementation scope should identify the PMS authority, supported connections and operating work to enable.

Review the flow with front desk, housekeeping and the other department owners. Confirm what each person records, which decisions need independent review and which outcomes come from the PMS. Follow actual stock use and financial posting separately from the related booking or service request.

Bring the source identities, company accounts and opening evidence needed to reconcile the first scope. The implementation guide describes the rollout phases and customer inputs.
