Put an AI agent to work in Logistics ERP

Prepare freight and trip work and explain its evidence while people retain the operating decisions.

Set it up

  1. Teach your agent ERP.AI

Load the ERP.AI skill and paste the output into your agent. It explains how to read and update records in your workspace.

    curl -fsSL https://www.erp.ai/skill.md
  2. Give it a role

Assign the agent its own user and one of the 5 roles. It gets exactly the access that role has, and no more.

  3. Check what it can reach

Confirm which records, actions and connections the agent can use in your workspace before you point it at real data.

  4. Review its work and usage

Check the drafts and changes it proposes, and watch its usage receipts as you give it more to do. Agent work uses prepaid credits.

What the agent can do

  • Dispatcher: Review freight promises, help prepare the stop plan and summarize pending delivery evidence for the intended trip.
  • Transport Manager: Compare the trip window with its assigned vehicle and driver context, then help prepare the planning handoff.
  • Transport Reviewer: Show the recipient proof and paperwork for a selected trip and explain the decision still needed before confirmation.
  • Finance Officer: Separate freight-order charges from trip drafts and show which trip charges are approved for posting.

What stays with a person

  • The assistant cannot replace the responsible person's approval or treat an uploaded proof file as a confirmed delivery.
  • It must use authorized record access and identify the intended parent trip, order or transfer before acting.
  • A matching customer lane is insufficient to identify a generated trip when repeated orders exist.
  • A billing reference does not establish payment, and an uncertain transfer response must not lead to another posting without checking the existing result.

A billing reference does not establish payment, and an uncertain transfer response must not lead to another posting without checking the existing result. Keep these decisions within the agreed operating and recovery procedures.
