What does a stockpile record hold?
A Stockpiles record identifies the physical site. Stockpile positions hold material, entity, location, custody and available quantity at that site.

Sales Manager approves the accepted order. Finance Manager handles a required credit exception separately.
When does received material become available?
A goods receipts arrival is recorded first. Receipt acceptances identify the quantity confirmed for stock.
How are site transfers followed?
Stock transfers and stock transfer lines retain dispatched, received and in-transit portions until the remaining quantity is resolved.
Can the team manage repacking?
Work orders connect a BOM and routing to reserved input, operation evidence and accepted output.
How are delivery exceptions captured?
Haulage attempts record the visit, and haulage results retain accepted, refused, failed or damaged quantities by dispatch line.
What supports invoicing?
Invoices use eligible title-transferred order scope and require Finance Manager approval before posting.

Accountant reviews open buyer and supplier balances, bank evidence, stock and source-linked journals before the Finance Manager closes a period.
