Step by step

1. Plan Warehouse Manager

2. Release Warehouse Manager

   Approve a positive planned quantity and frozen input scope.

   • Updates Work orders, Approval decisions, Work order materials
   ApprovalA person approves before the work moves on.

3. Issue and perform Warehouse Operator

   Record material issue, actual work, scrap and labor evidence.

   • Updates Stockpile reservations, Processing entries, Work order cost entries

4. Accept output Warehouse Operator

   Post terminal accepted output and its allocated cost.

   • Updates Processing completions, Stock events

5. Close Warehouse Manager

   Review residual variance and authorize close.

   • Updates Work orders, Processing completions, Approval decisions
   ApprovalA person approves before the work moves on.

Warehouse Manager

Controls stock execution, delivery plans and distribution production.

Warehouse Operator

Records assigned receipt, movement, production and delivery facts within entity and warehouse scope.

Finance Manager

Independently controls each entity’s credit, valuation, payment and period decisions.
