The model contains 12 tables. Keep their original identifiers when importing related records. A saved list such as Funding Review Queue is a view on funding cases; it is not another table or an independent source of status.
Migration order
- Operating identity. Load Organizations and check Name, Code, Country, Currency and Active.
- People and programs. Load team members, Users, Donors and Programs with the intended organization references.
- Delivery. Load Projects, then project activities and Beneficiaries with valid project references.
- Funding. Load funding cases, then fund events, review decisions and operation receipts with valid case references.
- Reconcile. Check project schedules, donor funding history, activity reach and operation results against the source records.
