How the model is organised
Dealer sales
Dealers and contacts lead to quotes, sales orders, lines, allocations and credit reviews.
Supplier supply
Purchase orders lead to goods receipts, accepted tranches, bill matches and supplier bills.
Stock and assembly
Positions, reservations, stock events and layers track custody and value; work orders connect BO ms, routings and completions.
Delivery
Pick tasks and shipments connect accepted orders to route stops, attempts and line results.
Finance
Invoices, cash receipts, payments, journals and close tasks retain entity and period scope.

Keys and references
Each transaction uses its document number and linked source record. Entity ownership remains explicit across order, stock and finance records. A revision and its approval decision preserve the reviewed scope. Posted movements use event keys so repeated external evidence does not become another economic action. Dates distinguish promise, physical occurrence, posting and settlement.
Migration order
- Organisation. Set entities, currencies, users, sites, policy and accounting periods.
- Masters. Review products, units, costs, dealers, suppliers, terms, tariffs and tax codes.
- Opening balances. Reconcile stock positions, open orders, receivables, payables and bank balances at one cutoff.
- Transactions. Enter new orders, receipts and shipments only after the opening basis is accepted.
- Reconciliation. Compare migrated balances with journal and stock control totals before wider release.
