Multi-warehouse merchants
A merchant serving customers from several warehouses needs a consistent answer to where stock is, who owns it and how much is available for a new commitment. Entity-owned inventory positions, locations, custody states and transfer records provide that basis. Sales and purchasing can see the resulting supply picture without treating stock in transit as ready to pick.
How Paper & Pulp ERP is set up for you
Site stock
Each inventory position identifies product, warehouse, location, entity and quantity. Held and picked stock stays visible while its availability is restricted.
Controlled transfer
Warehouse Manager reviews the transfer between source and destination sites. Actual dispatch and partial receipt keep the remaining transit quantity visible.
Route ownership
Delivery routes retain a coordinator, assigned operator, warehouse, stop order and planned window. Actual attempts record the customer visit separately.
Count discipline
Count plans lock their scope, capture observation and route material variance for review before an adjustment changes stock.

Entity-owned inventory positions, locations, custody states and transfer records provide that basis. Sales and purchasing can see the resulting supply picture without treating stock in transit as ready to pick.
Start with two warehouses under one legal entity. Define active locations for receiving, storage, picking and transit custody. Import opening positions with their current quantities and values, then move part of a product to the second site. Receive only some of the transfer and confirm that the rest remains in transit.
Release a customer order from the destination site and assign an operator to pick. Plan a route, record a partial customer acceptance and follow the exception. Finish with a count at that site and reconcile any variance. This sequence gives Warehouse Manager and Finance Manager one shared account of physical and financial stock.
