Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose active products and product units, dealer terms, supplier terms, price lists and opening stock. Run one quote through independent order approval, reservation, dispatch, invoice approval and cash application. Include a partial receipt or delivery to show what remains open.
Review before release
Check that each decision belongs to the current revision, stock and finance balances match their source events, and each assigned role can see its own work. Rehearse a return and an exception with the person responsible for resolution.
