How a Plastics ERP rollout works
Start with a reconciled operating slice, then extend the order and finance cycle.
Confirm the operating scope
Choose the entity, warehouses, dealer group, product units and first order path.
Prepare governed masters
Review parties, products, price lists, payment terms, taxes, cost standards and approval authority.
Reconcile opening work
Import stock and financial balances at one cutoff and resolve exceptions before activation.
Rehearse trade and supply
Run a dealer quote, approved order, partial purchase receipt, stock reservation and delivery.
Rehearse finance
Approve an eligible invoice, apply actual cash, match a supplier bill and complete close tasks.
Expand by evidence
Add routes, transfers, assembly and outside connections after each source and owner is clear.
What the customer provides
Provide legal entities and currencies, product units, warehouse and location definitions, active dealer and supplier terms, opening balances, the approval matrix and representative orders. Choose real people for each preparation, review and reconciliation step. Include a partial delivery and a return in the rehearsal set.
Changing it afterwards
Review material master and policy changes through the current decision path. Preserve submitted revisions and posted history; use a new revision or correction for a changed fact. Reconcile connected messages and bank evidence before treating an outside action as complete.
