Development capture and evidence

Capture lease-linked project scope and rehearse the submission and evidence handoff during setup.

Step by step

  1. Prepare the capture procedure Property Manager

Admin configures the agreed staff identity and evidence-reading access. Property Manager rehearses processing on project creation with the intended staff account and lease. Check valid project terms, date order, budget and same-lease duplicates during setup before operational capture begins.

    • Access configured and creation-triggered checks rehearsed
    • Updates Development projects, Development project evidence, People, Users
  2. Capture project scope Property Coordinator or Property Manager

Property Coordinator or Property Manager enters the project name, parcel reference, construction start, target completion and budget. Select the operational lease and check the source information with the manager before creating the project. The configured procedure checks the new record and records its result.

    • Project created against the operational lease for configured processing
    • Updates Development projects, Leases
  3. Inspect the result Property Manager

Property Manager reviews the project feedback with the submitting person. The authorized evidence reader checks the actual Accepted or Rejected outcome with the project, lease and event date. Read the reason against the submitted scope before deciding what needs correction.

    • Property Manager reads project feedback; Admin reads attributed evidence after access setup
    • Updates Development projects, Development project evidence
  4. Resolve a rejected case Property Manager

Property Manager compares the feedback with the source agreement and project terms while Admin inspects the attributed evidence. Identify the incorrect information and agree how the team will address it. Preserve the earlier result and verify the follow-up procedure during setup before relying on the next outcome.

    • Source information checked and earlier attributed context retained
    • Updates Development project evidence, Development projects, Leases

Where it usually breaks

And how to keep it from happening.

  • The selected lease does not match the intended operational project.
  • The target completion precedes the construction start.
  • A duplicate on the same lease is overlooked during capture.
  • Staff discuss the result without reading the attributed evidence and reason.
