Who it's for

Rubber goods distributors

A distributor buys finished items and sells them through trade accounts. The team needs to know what was promised, which lots are available, what was sent and which dealer balance remains due. This starting shape uses the same accepted order and stock records across sales, warehouse and finance.

How Rubber ERP is set up for you

Dealer terms

Keep the legal trading account, contacts, price list, credit limit and payment terms distinct. An order carries its agreed price and original delivery promise.

Supply

Raise a purchase request for a shortage, approve the supplier commitment and record actual arrival. Only independently accepted portions become available stock.

Warehouse

Reserve eligible stock by entity, site and lot. Pick tasks record physical quantity while positions retain available, held and transit custody.

Delivery

Build a route with an assigned operator and ordered stops. Record the visit and each line outcome so a refusal does not become a successful delivery.

Finance

Invoice eligible delivered or dispatch-title scope and follow actual cash applications and overdue amounts.

A distributor buys finished items and sells them through trade accounts. The team needs to know what was promised, which lots are available, what was sent and which dealer balance remains due. This starting shape uses the same accepted order and stock records across sales, warehouse and finance.

Choose one selling entity, a small set of stocked products, a warehouse and a few representative dealers. Enter buying and selling units and the terms that apply to each account. Rehearse a partial order: accept the dealer commitment, buy a shortage, receive part of the supply, deliver part of the order and invoice only the eligible quantity.

Review the original promise alongside route plans. A revised stop window may help the operator, but it should not erase the dealer's earlier commitment. Agree how a failed attempt becomes a new stop and how goods remain accounted for while away from the warehouse.
