Who it's for

Route-based trade operators

A trading team that delivers its own stocked goods must coordinate customer commitments with warehouse release and driver evidence. The route plan gives the team an order of stops and a planned window. Actual visit and line-level results determine what succeeded, what was refused and what remains open.

How Rubber ERP is set up for you

Planning

Warehouse Manager assigns an operator, warehouse and route window, then checks stop sequence and transport reference before release.

Physical work

Warehouse Operator works assigned pick tasks and records actual dispatch against the approved dealer order line.

Visits

A delivery attempt holds arrival and completion evidence; the result allocates accepted, refused, failed and damaged quantities to shipment lines.

Exceptions

An unresolved route or stop stays visible for the coordinator. A corrected attempt links to the original rather than counting a second delivery.

Returns

Goods coming back follow a bounded authorization and physical disposition before any credit or refund is handled.

A trading team that delivers its own stocked goods must coordinate customer commitments with warehouse release and driver evidence. The route plan gives the team an order of stops and a planned window. Actual visit and line-level results determine what succeeded, what was refused and what remains open.

Start with one warehouse and a route serving a few active dealers. Test an order with more than one line, including one partial acceptance. Reconcile shipment quantity, successful delivered quantity, goods in transit and the remaining order balance. Then authorize the returned portion and decide whether it is held or restocked.

Agree whether title passes at dispatch or at accepted delivery for each order. That decision changes stock ownership and invoice eligibility. Train the operator to record the visit and each line result separately, with enough evidence to resolve a refused or damaged quantity later.
