Systems to connect
- Bank statements. Import actual bank lines with external references, value dates and amounts for matching and reconciliation.
- Payment delivery. Send approved payment instructions to the chosen bank or payment provider and capture actual acknowledgement, rejection, settlement or return.
- Carrier and delivery evidence. Bring dispatch and visit outcomes into the shipment and route records using stable source keys.
- Source data. Bring dealer, supplier, product and opening-balance records through a reviewed migration batch at a reconciled cutoff.
How connections are governed
Integration events retain authenticated inbound facts and their economic keys. Integration deliveries retain outbound intent, attempts and reconciliation. A timeout cannot establish that an instruction failed or succeeded; reconcile the provider outcome before retrying. Keep provider credentials and restricted bank details under the customer’s access policy. Review each mapping with the operational and finance owners before enabling it.
