Keys and references
Each trade document has its own human number and refers to its legal entity. Line records point to their parent document and, where relevant, original source lines. Inventory carries product, entity, warehouse, location and custody. Approvals and document revisions connect a decision to the exact version under review. Stock events and journal entries retain economic source identity so corrections can refer back to the first event.
