Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose a dealer account, an item and unit, a supplier and a warehouse. Review prices, tax, payment terms and opening stock. Run one offer and accepted order into purchasing, receipt, pick, delivery, invoice and cash application. Include a partial result so the team can see what remains open.
Review before release
Have Sales Manager, Warehouse Manager and Finance Manager check their decisions on the same case. Reconcile stock quantity, invoice eligibility and cash against source evidence. Review a rejected approval and a corrected physical event. Expand only after those balances and roles are understood.
