Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose a product and enter its specification. Create one batch with a clear lot number, quantity, site and dates. Record a representative test result, then walk through a deviation and corrective action. Bring the current equipment and supplier records into the review where they matter.
Review before release
Ask QA Manager to review the batch evidence and Qualified Person to record the release judgment before marking the batch Approved. Then observe the release posting and compare its receipt with the batch status and decision. Rehearse a held batch before expanding to more products and sites.
