How a Esports Team Management rollout works

Prepare teams, fixtures and review decisions for the first operating cycle.

  1. Set the organization

Create operating teams, staff membership, users and venues. Assign a named fixture coordinator and independent reviewer.

  2. Prepare a fixture

Enter a draft with owner, host venue, timing and capacity. Rehearse a revision-specific review before opening it.

  3. Try participation

Submit an entry for a participating team. Check the decision, capacity and admission record on the same fixture.

  4. Connect payment evidence

Establish the provider reference and verification path. Rehearse an uncertain receipt and a verified capture separately.

  5. Close a case

Compare admitted quantities with provider evidence and retain the review trail through completion or cancellation.

What the customer provides

Bring the team names and codes, staff-to-user mapping, venue contacts and eligibility notes, the first fixture schedule and its capacity. Name the person who may prepare each fixture, the separate reviewer who decides it, and the operator who handles admissions. Provide the provider connection owner and a method to verify event identifiers before any payment-based completion decision.

Changing it afterwards

Treat a change to fixture time, venue or capacity as a change in reviewed scope. Check dependent entries and reservations, then record the current revision and obtain the appropriate decision. Keep completed admissions and provider evidence attached to the event history. Rehearse owner-initiated cancellation with existing admissions and an independent compensating decision before applying the process to a live match.
