Who it's for

Esports clubs

A club may organize one fixture and enter another club’s event. The team record supports both uses, while staff membership links named people to their platform users. A club coordinator can follow its own entries and understand which fixture owner is responsible for a hosted event.

A club may organize one fixture and enter another club’s event. The team record supports both uses, while staff membership links named people to their platform users. A club coordinator can follow its own entries and understand which fixture owner is responsible for a hosted event.

As the club’s event program grows, use the fixture calendar to distinguish a hosted event from a participation commitment. Check the responsible team on the fixture and the participating team on the entry. Those links make it possible to answer a practical question from staff: are we running this match, attending it, or both? The answer changes who prepares the venue and who submits the entry. A reviewer can make the decision with the two roles visible.

Start with the club record and a named person who will manage entries. Check the person’s team and user link, then submit an entry for a fixture hosted elsewhere. In a second case, make the club the fixture’s responsible team and select its venue. Ask an independent reviewer to consider that fixture revision. This separates participation decisions from organizer decisions.
