Charge point operators
An operator buying chargers across several depots needs a clear commercial promise and actual equipment handoff.
How EV Charging Network Mgmt is set up for you
Commercial promise
Sales Representative keeps the accepted offer, order revision and original delivery promise together for each charger line.
Owned equipment
Warehouse Manager reserves eligible depot stock for the operator order and keeps refused units separate from accepted delivery.
Settlement
Customer and supplier documents carry the same organization and currency scope into the ledger.
An operator buying chargers across several depots needs a clear commercial promise and actual equipment handoff.
Use operator contacts and ship-to evidence to keep the purchasing party, delivery location and invoiced party in the same accepted order scope. Pick a single organization, a small charger product range and a named decision maker for each approval. Enter a partial or refused outcome as well as a clean delivery. Check that warehouse, commercial and finance teams can all explain the remaining scope without editing the original event. For a supplier case, carry the accepted receipt into bill matching. For a customer case, carry the delivered quantity into invoice approval and confirmed cash application.
Keep the pilot's bank or carrier connection explicit. Agree how actual acknowledgements arrive, how an uncertain response is reconciled, and which owner reviews an exception. Record the organization and time of each event. That gives the team a reliable cutoff when an order, shipment or payment crosses a period boundary.
Before expanding the pilot, review one exception with the person who will own the next decision and trace it to its original order or stock event.
