How the model is organised

Load Planning

All loads references Organizations, team members through Owner, and transport partners through Counterparty. Load stops references its Load; Routes stores standard lane context.

Driver and Vehicle Assignment

Load assignments references all loads, Drivers and Vehicles and carries starts at, ends at and availability check. Drivers retains license expiry, eligibility until and external authority.

Charging Evidence

Charging sessions references all loads through Parent and Organizations through Organization. Vehicle is text; energy K wh and ending SOC percent describe the recorded session result.

Fleet Readiness

Vehicles is referenced by Inspections, vehicle defects, maintenance plans and fuel transactions. Readiness is separate from Vehicles.Status.

Dispatch and Delivery

Tracking events references all loads. Proof of delivery references both Load and Stop, and load stops retains actual arrival, departure and proof references.

Activity and Financial Evidence

Review decisions, record attachments and operation receipts use Parent to reference all loads. Freight charges uses Load and retains its own Currency and Status.

Keys and references

Keep source identifiers distinct from human record numbers. All loads.record number identifies the load to staff, while Revision supports the current scope decision. Review decisions.source table, source record and source revision identify the reviewed subject beneath the load parent. Operation receipts.operation key identifies an operation; Action, expected revision, source record and effect references provide its context.

Charging sessions.Vehicle is not a foreign key to Vehicles. Agree a unique mapping to unit number or external fleet ID and retain how the charger receipt matches the session. Record attachments.Parent points to all loads; use the agreed related record and evidence type convention to identify session evidence without inventing a relationship.

Operation receipts.Status uses Recorded, Verified, Failed and Corrected, while result state uses Pending, Completed, Failed and needs review. Keep those meanings separate. Record attachments has Name, Name2 and Title fields; preserve the source fields during migration. Routes has no reference from all loads.Lane, so lane matching needs a naming convention. Users.User is a self-reference requiring an established identity mapping.

Migration order

  1. Establish Organizations, Users and team members with active state and authenticated identity mapping.
  2. Import transport partners, Drivers and Vehicles with organization references and external authority identifiers.
  3. Prepare Routes and all loads, then load stops and load assignments with valid parent and resource references.
  4. Import vehicle-linked Inspections, vehicle defects, maintenance plans and fuel transactions while preserving service and repair evidence.
  5. Add charging sessions and map their text vehicle identifiers to the intended assets and parent loads.
  6. Import tracking events, proof of delivery and freight charges with their load and stop context.
  7. Preserve record attachments, review decisions and operation receipts with original revisions, timestamps and effect references; reconcile before enabling operational actions.
