Establish the operating organization and staff identities, then name the people preparing load scope, charging records and fleet service work. Assign the Operations Reviewer separately from technical administration.

Choose a depot delivery that the team understands. Bring its stop requirements, promised date and equipment class, along with the selected driver’s eligibility context and vehicle identity. Agree the assignment period and how requested units relate to the vehicle’s capacity.

Supply a real charger receipt and record the matching energy and ending charge details. Include the vehicle’s inspection and defect context so dispatch can discuss charging and readiness separately. Identify the source of any range estimate and its operating assumptions.

Test a changed load revision, an ineligible resource and a charging receipt for another vehicle. Confirm that the team resolves each case before relying on the affected decision. Follow an eligible assignment through delivery proof and inspect the resulting receipt. Rehearse a disputed delivery, an uncertain operation result and a correction that preserves the original evidence. Use implementation to agree the owner of each follow-up before expanding access.
