Connections

Agree the external sources that supply actual charging, eligibility, journey and financial evidence.

  • EV Fleet Management
  • Charger receipt source
  • Telematics or driver reporting
  • Driver and fleet authorities
  • Accounting system

Systems to connect

  • Charger receipt source. Configure the charger network or receipt source used by your fleet. Agree how its vehicle and session identifiers map to the recorded charging work and what evidence supports verified closure.
  • Telematics or driver reporting. Choose the driver reporting, telematics or partner services your team uses. Configure their connections and agree how each event retains its source and reporting time.
  • Driver and fleet authorities. Establish the source behind driver eligibility and external fleet identifiers. Agree refresh responsibility and how uncertain or stale evidence affects the assignment decision.
  • Accounting system. If freight charges need an invoice or payment handoff, configure that destination and retain the actual response. Keep currency and financial state separate from transport execution.

How connections are governed

Each connection needs a named operating owner and a clear source identity. The actual charger receipt must be available before charging work is closed as verified. A provider response should identify the real effect rather than merely acknowledge that a request was received.

Restrict credentials to the people responsible for connection maintenance. Rehearse unavailable sources, uncertain responses and repeated requests before relying on automated handoffs. Compare an operation receipt with its linked evidence before authorizing a retry or correction. Preserve the original source context when later events supersede an earlier report.
