Correction and reconciliation

Compare operation claims with source evidence and retain the original outcome when load scope needs correction.

Step by step

  1. Inspect the exception Operations Reviewer

The Operations Reviewer reads the action, expected revision and failure reason on the receipt. Compare its claimed result with the load, charging session or delivery proof that should support it.

    • Compare the claimed result with supporting evidence
    • Updates Operation receipts, All loads, Charging sessions, Proof of delivery
  2. Resolve the correction scope Fleet Planner or Dispatcher

    • Updates All loads, Load assignments, Load stops
  3. Authorize executed-scope correction Operations Reviewer

    • Updates Review decisions, Operation receipts, All loads
ApprovalA person approves before the work moves on.
  4. Reconcile the outcome Operations Reviewer or Finance Officer

The Operations Reviewer verifies actual effects before accepting a completed operation. Keep Pending, Failed or Needs review results visible when evidence remains unresolved. The Finance Officer reviews any related freight-charge impact through its separate financial process.

    • Record supported verification and financial follow-up
    • Updates Operation receipts, Record attachments, Freight charges

Where it usually breaks

And how to keep it from happening.

  • Completed is read as Verified. A receipt's result state and verification status are separate; inspect both before accepting the claim.
  • Recovery removes the earlier evidence. Preserve the original decision and outcome when correcting executed scope.
  • A transport result is treated as paid freight. Financial approval, invoice and payment evidence belong to the charge's own lifecycle.
