1. Begin assigned work Dispatcher

   The Dispatcher confirms the current load scope, driver and vehicle period. Follow the authorized assignment into Active and record the departure context used by the operating team.

2. Follow the stops Dispatcher

   The Dispatcher records tracking events and stop progress. Retain actual arrivals and departures separately from appointments and service windows. A Missed stop or Delay event needs follow-up against the promised delivery commitment.

   • Updates Load stops, Tracking events, All loads

3. Capture delivery evidence Dispatcher

   The Dispatcher records the delivery date, recipient and signature reference against the relevant load and stop. Keep the evidence Captured until the reviewer has checked it.

   • Link Captured proof to the correct load and stop
   • Updates Proof of delivery, Load stops, All loads

4. Verify completion Operations Reviewer

   The Operations Reviewer accepts eligible proof as Verified or keeps a Disputed case visible for investigation. The recorded completion follows the agreed evidence requirement; an event label alone cannot replace delivery proof.

   • Verify supported completion or retain a disputed case
   • Updates Proof of delivery, All loads, Review decisions, Operation receipts
