How a Event Venue Management rollout works

Set up one venue booking and rehearse review, admission and closure.

  1. Operating context

Enter the organization, users, team members and venue contact and eligibility details.

  2. Booking

Create one event with its owner, venue, start and capacity; record the hall setup and teardown interval.

  3. Review

Assign an independent reviewer and rehearse submission, rejection, correction and approval against the right revision.

  4. Admission and payment

Connect verified provider capture evidence, reserve places and scan entry once.

  5. Closure and exceptions

Compare admitted quantity with captures, then rehearse a cancellation and an uncertain operation result.

What the customer provides

Provide venue details, operating organization and time zone, the people who own each decision, a representative booking, hall capacity and the payment provider connection. Agree which evidence must accompany a setup and who may see shared attachments.

Changing it afterwards

A new hall capacity or event scope should be reviewed on its current revision. For executed admission or payment scope, retain original history and use a reviewed correction with the provider result reconciled through its original reference. Add venues and operating teams after the pilot handoffs are clear.
