Keys and references
Use stable organization and venue codes, then event record numbers and revision values. Parent is the reference from Admissions, booth assignments, review decisions, payment evidence, operation receipts and record attachments to Events. The booth assignment also references the exhibitor Organization. The event references its operating Organization, Owner in team members and venue in Counterparty. Keep provider event identifiers and operation keys stable when importing repeated external events.
Keep the current revision with each guarded action. A reviewer decision carries its source revision and operation key; an operation receipt carries its expected revision and linked effects. These values let the team distinguish a repeated request from a changed one.
Migration order
- Load Organizations, Users, team members and Venues with stable codes and active states.
- Load Events with their operating organization, owner, venue, start and capacity.
- Load booth assignments and Admissions under the correct parent event.
- Load record attachments, review decisions, payment evidence and operation receipts with source identifiers intact.
- Compare per-event booth, admission and verified payment results before opening the next operating cycle.
