Click Get started to open Eye Care / Optometry. Invite the Clinical Coordinator, Licensed Clinician, Clinical Reviewer and Clinical Governance Administrator who will rehearse the first patient visit. Assign access according to their real duties. Proto can help prepare setup and inspect records, while the team makes clinical and billing decisions.
Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose an active patient, an assigned clinician and a scheduled examination. Bring the consent purpose and document version the clinic uses, along with a note type and measured observation with its unit. If specimens or medication dispensing are part of the sample visit, bring the accession or lot information needed to check them. Select a service description and amount for the charge and a payment reference for the receipt rehearsal.
Review before release
Walk the visit from scheduling and arrival through documentation, reviewer decision, follow-up and charge review. Check access separately as a coordinator, clinician, reviewer and governance administrator. Confirm how lab status, invoices and payments will be verified against their external sources. Resolve identity and reference mismatches before expanding to more patients or visit types.
