Click Get started and use Proto to configure Facility Maintenance Mgmt for your team. Identify the Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Planner, Permit Issuer, Technician and Parts Coordinator who will run the first case.
Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose an asset with a known tag and location. Add a team member, an available spare part and a realistic work request with an initial assignee. Set the preventive interval or condition limit if that asset needs one. Issue a valid permit, assign the order and have the technician record work. Post any consumed part against that order.
Review before release
Maintenance Manager reads the evidence and accepts the result. Check that the closed order, asset state and service history agree. Review the stock balance and the reorder result returned by the part posting action. Repeat the case with an expired permit and verify that scheduling is refused. Then add the next group of equipment.
