Step by step

1. Capture condition reading Maintenance Manager

   Maintenance Manager records the asset, metric, value, unit, action limit and observation date. A value at the limit flags the asset for maintenance.

2. Request asset work Maintenance Manager

   Maintenance Manager reviews the flagged asset and raises a corrective or inspection order for it.

3. Issue safety permit Permit Issuer

   Permit Issuer approves the permit interval for that order.

   Maintenance Planner checks the approved permit and assigns the visit.
