Step by step

1. Perform and record work Technician

   Technician starts the scheduled job, records the work interval and describes what was done. The order moves through In Progress to Review.

2. Post consumed parts Parts Coordinator

   Parts Coordinator validates the part and quantity, posts usage once and checks remaining stock against its reorder point.

   • Updates Part usage, Spare parts, Work orders

3. Inspect and close work Maintenance Manager

   Maintenance Manager reads the evidence and accepts the result. The order closes, service history is created and the asset returns to service.

   • Closed order and service history
   • Updates Work orders, Work evidence, Service history, Assets
   ApprovalA person approves before the work moves on.

4. Review service history Maintenance Planner

   Maintenance Planner reads the outcome and next due date before planning more work for the asset.

   • Service review
   • Updates Service history, Assets
