Get Field Installation PSA running in four steps.

Click Get started and use Proto to configure Field Installation PSA around your sites, installation types and review responsibilities. Name the Installation Manager, technician and Billing Coordinator who will run the pilot. Keep a Field Operations Director available to review contract and margin outcomes.

Enter an organization and active site with a contact and billing terms. Create an installation engagement with a contract value, budget hours and dates. Submit a billable work order with hours and the engagement link; check its decision and operation receipt. Enter technician time and an expense, then prepare a milestone with an amount and deliverable summary. Approve the milestone, run the invoice action and link a payment record.

Check that the site and engagement owners can see their work, and that the billing coordinator can inspect approved milestones and payment exceptions. Rehearse a work order with a missing engagement and a milestone without an amount to confirm that failed operations remain visible. Reconcile the resulting invoice and payment records with the systems that issue invoices and confirm funds. Finally, open the Installation Margin Desk and trace its signals to the pilot installation’s source records.
