Rehearse field work
Submit a valid work order and one that fails its guard. Enter technician hours and expenses, then review the resulting statuses and receipts.
Rehearse billing
Approve a milestone with amount and engagement, invoke the invoice action and record a linked payment. Reconcile each result with the team's outside billing process.
Review economics
Open the Installation Margin Desk and trace its signals to service, cost and milestone records before extending the rollout.
What the customer provides
Provide a small set of real sites, installation contracts, accountable managers, technician rates and capacity, agreed milestone amounts, billing terms and representative work descriptions. Name the person who confirms collection in the external payment process. The pilot should include an ordinary completed job and an exception such as a missing milestone amount.
Changing it afterwards
Review changes to an active engagement’s value, dates and hours with its owner. Recheck any open milestone or payment before changing billing terms or amounts. Keep operation receipts and review decisions available so the team can explain an earlier attempt after a correction. Expand by organization or region only after the pilot’s work and financial states reconcile.
