Site intake

A reliable installation starts with a site that the team can identify and a manager who can explain the expected work. The site record holds the contact and billing terms; the engagement later holds the contract and delivery budget. Keeping the two records linked lets several installations use the same location without merging their commercial histories.

Step by step

  1. Register site Installation Manager

Installation Manager enters the site name, industry, primary contact, billing terms and site owner. A prospective site begins as Prospect.
