What you can do
Review evidence in daily work
Review decisions carry a subject type, reference, reviewer, decision, reason and date. Attachments retain a parent record reference, file kind, uploader and timestamp. Operation receipts show the actor, result and operation type for executed plan and period actions.
A review decision identifies its subject, reviewer, outcome, reason and date. An attachment carries a parent table and record identifier. Operation receipts identify the action, actor and result. Reviewer can connect these records to a plan approval or period advance without treating every decision or attachment as an executed action.
How the work is organized
- Decision record. Reviewer checks the subject, outcome, reason and reviewer.
- Attached file. Match the parent table and record identifier before relying on a file.
- Action result. Compare each Succeeded or Skipped receipt with the related plan or period.
What to agree during setup
Agree how reviewers identify the subject record, which attachment kinds are useful, and who can inspect retained files. The operation result tells the team whether an action succeeded, failed or was skipped.
Agree how the team names subject references and matches an attachment to the right parent record. Reviewers should check both the decision outcome and any corresponding operation result. A returned or rejected decision can be recorded for review, while the Approve Plan action itself records approval on a successful transition.
Check the handoff on an actual case
Start with a returned decision on a plan and read its reason. Open the plan and any attached approval memo. Then compare the decision with the operation receipt for the relevant action. If a plan approval was skipped, the team should review the recorded detail and the plan status before attempting another action.
Reviewer opens an Approved plan, checks the decision created by its approval and finds the Succeeded operation receipt for the same plan. An approval memo can support the case when its parent reference matches. If a repeat action is Skipped, Reviewer records that it changed no plan status and separates it from the earlier successful approval.
