How a Financial Risk Management rollout works
Set up organization scope, provider accounts and a complete treasury rehearsal.
Set the operating scope
Choose the first organization, provider counterparty and financial accounts. Assign Treasury Preparer, Independent Treasury Approver, Auditor and App Administrator to the correct organization.
Prepare source records
Confirm account codes, provider identifiers, currencies and active states. Bring in a dated balance snapshot and a representative instruction with its supporting documents.
Rehearse a decision
Have the preparer create an instruction and the independent approver decide its current revision. Repeat after changing an amount to test renewed review.
Follow provider evidence
Record the provider instruction identifier, then distinguish its acknowledgement from confirmation and any correction in the provider evidence. Check the operation receipt against actual effects.
Reconcile the result
Bring in a source-identified movement and match it only to a confirmed instruction on the same account with exact amount and occurrence date. Investigate a deliberate mismatch.
What the customer provides
Provide the organization and team membership, eligible counterparties, financial account identifiers, sample provider evidence and opening balance snapshots. Identify who owns the provider connection and the source of confirmation events. Supply a real case whose amount, account direction and reviewer can be checked during rehearsal. Decide who resolves exceptions after go-live.
Changing it afterwards
Add providers and organizations through the same access and eligibility checks used in the first cycle. Preserve historical decisions, provider events and operation receipts when account details or team membership change. Test a changed instruction revision, a corrected provider event and an unmatched movement before relying on a new process in daily work.
