Create your account

Start with the people who run the desk, equipment catalog and rental account. Set up their user access and connect team members to the correct users. Let Proto guide the initial configuration while the Property Manager and Finance Officer make the operating decisions.

Prepare the first operating cycle

Add customers, identifiable equipment units and dated rate plans. Enter a representative requested booking with pickup and return dates, participant count and agreed daily rate. Rehearse availability review, pickup, charge posting, provider-confirmed payment, return inspection and equipment release. Attach a Training or Recovery service if the operation offers one.

Review before release

Check role access, overlapping rental decisions, unit capacity and the treatment of a returned unit that still needs work. Compare posted charges with confirmed receipts on the sample booking. The team should be able to explain who owns each state change and which record provides the evidence.

Set up Fitness Equipment Rental your way.
