How a Fitness Equipment Rental rollout works

Prepare rental records and rehearse the request-to-return cycle.

  1. Set up people and units

Add users, team members, customers and equipment with agreed codes, types and capacities.

  2. Set rates and access

Enter dated rate plans and test the desk, manager, finance and reviewer permissions.

  3. Rehearse a rental

Create a request, review availability, record pickup, post a charge and reconcile a confirmed payment.

  4. Check return readiness

Record return, assign service work, inspect the unit and release it for the next rental.

  5. Review add-ons

Attach training or recovery to a booking and verify its separate charge path.

What the customer provides

Provide unit identifiers and capacities, active customer contacts, existing commitments, current rates and minimum rental periods. Name the people who decide availability, reconcile money and approve inspection. Agree how payment-provider confirmations and any external delivery reports reach the team. Bring a representative rental with a charge, receipt and return issue for the rehearsal.

Changing it afterwards

Review a new equipment type and rate plan with the same managers who maintain the existing catalog. A changed booking date or unit needs another availability check before confirmation. A corrected account line should retain its financial outcome. Update access when a team member changes jobs, and rehearse the effect on assigned service work.
